Dusting off an old story, l am not sure l could read. Let me know when the benefits of wine story comes around again ha. most people have nothing in moderation, I have maybe 3 coffee’s a day and about 30 teas, my fiend doesn’t drink tea and ive known her to drink 30 cups a day, yes she is hyper. Everything “too much”can be bad for u….i think up to 3 cups per day are ok.and btw coffee beans are natural source,just like herbs etc…so cant be bad for humans.
How about ignoring “experts” and using commonsense. Coffee has been drunk for hundreds of years. Salt eaten also chocolate and omg animal fats it’s processed muck they encouraged us to eat like margarine and artificial sweeteners that are the bad guys not blasted coffee. Coffee won’t kill anyone, if u r taking limited otherwise everything in excess will bring u to the brink of disaster. Arsenic, botulism, and anthrax are totally natural, too. And they will totally kill you.

These researchers get paid for nothing.. next month/year they’ll change their minds as with everything else. they are calling for rigorous clinical trials on coffee intake to find out more about the potential benefits to health. GSK saying there will be shortage of future scientists…. is it to do research like this or ground breaking sciences???? Don’t give birth because they will die one day????? I guess this is not what scientists come to science field.
But Prof Paul Roderick, co-author of the study said the review could not say if coffee intake had made the difference’…. so there is no story here. I wake up with an extremely low pulse every morning. Until I have coffee, I get very bad headaches just from hearing someone talk. To me, my two cups keep my heart going. Coffee maybe, but, the sugar and processed milk, probably not. Italian Expresso style is the way to go.
