My son with autism may not play soccer, but he can tell you everything about cats. He may wear exclusively GREEN shirts, but his engineering skills are off the charts. And while he has only 1 non-familial friend, his 11-year old brain that processes science and math with lightening speed uses those skills to figure out ways to make life better for everyone he loves.
